Salespeople with quotas

Assign sales quotas to individual sales person and distribute the sales targets for the organization. Using sales quotas, you can assess sales people/territories  performance, and the progress towards the organisational targets set for a financial year.


You must set the fiscal year details before you attempt to assign quotas. Based on the fiscal period, you can set monthly, semiannual, or annual quotas. More information: Work with fiscal year settings

Assign quotas to salespeople


  1. Make sure that you have the System Administrator or System Customiser security role or equivalent permissions.

a. Follow the steps in View your user profile.

b. Don’t have the correct permissions? Contact your system administrator.

  1. Go to Settings > Business Management. (How do I get there?)
  2. Choose  >  tab.
